Perhaps that is why the information that his luxurious mansion was put up for sale amazed both fans and real estate experts. Stallone himself did not give a reason why he was getting rid of his villa, where he lived since 2010. This gave rise to speculation that perhaps he had an eye on something much bigger and that he would soon be moving to a much larger property .

two floors and is built in the Provencal style. What does
it mean? This is a style that is supposed to bring to mind the picturesque
Provence, i.e. a historical land in the south-eastern France, on the
Mediterranean Sea, full of sunshine, fragrant fields of blooming lavender and
tasting sweet wine. In its definition, the Provencal style refers directly
to home warmth, fireplace and rural atmosphere in the colors of white, pastel

sq m. It was built in 2008 on a not too large plot of 1,821 sq m. Inside , a luxuriously furnished living room, four bedrooms
and five bathrooms. All rooms and furniture for them have been designed
and arranged in accordance with the ancient Chinese principle of feng-shui. In
the living room, the most attention is drawn to a beautiful stone fireplace. In
